Well, it’s been ages since I updated my blog, so I thought I’d update it with something a little different

Recently a demo for I game I’ve pre-ordered Just Cause 2, was released. To flex my writing muscles, I’m going to review it.

So, the first thing you hear when you start up JC2 is the ear splitting voice acting. It goes somewhat like this:

“Hello, I am BolO Sahntosy, I am the leadah of the revalouitaonary…” and so on so forth.

Breaking past this however, you will instantly see the amazing graphics the game has. Heat waves, sun beams, orgasmic water, heck it is eye meltingly good. The gameplay is what makes this game unique. The first thing you can do, is base jump, and though the controls are slightly clunky, once you get used to it, it is amazing. Even better, is the device on your arm; the grappling hook. It has some basic functions, zip to certain areas, pull people towards you etc. What makes it fun is the “Dual Hook”. It allows you to hook two objects together, be that guy and a helicopter, guy and a guy, or a guy and a high pressure propane tank, and watch as they get taken up high, then dropped down again. Gun play, is nothing special, but that isn’t an insult. Only good thing about that is the black market, and how you can upgrade the guns, as well as the vehicles.
Overall, Just Cause 2, for me Is an instant buy. And don’t think dual hook will get dull and boring after a while. You can hook anything to anything, opening up to unlimited possibilities.

Graphics: 9/10: Amazing graphics. Only bad thing is some odd graphical anomaly’s.
Gameplay: 10/10: Seriously, sky diving, base jumping, grappling stuff? What more do you need?
Story: N/A: Duh, the game hasn’t came out
Voice Acting: Oh piss off, do you really need to know?

OVERALL: 9.5/10
